COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Itw Dynatec EVC-1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Toshiba products, including obsoleted and phased-out Horiba parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexroth product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Toshiba such as the EX10MCL11 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FIA23A manufactured by Horiba and we are pleased to be able to service most Horiba systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HCS021EW0028A03NNNN by Manufacturer Rexroth as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reliance-Electric Brand GV3000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Horner-Electric such as HE660CGM424A equipment made by Horner-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Horner-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Horner-Electric" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HED43B025 made by Siemens as well as the popular FM4CNC original spares produced by Fortuna-tango Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F002500087C by Rapistan and HE660CGM424A spares by Horner-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F10C50 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
